原标题：扎波罗热核电站第二条备用电力线恢复国际原子能机构当地时间9月12日晚间在一份声明中说，为扎波罗热核电站供电的第二条备用电力线已经恢复。此前在11日，已经恢复了一条备用电力线。这样可以让运营商保持一条线路供电、另一条备用的状态，为核电站提供反应堆冷却和其他安全功能所需的外部电力。    (ECNS) -- A 400,000DWT Very Large Ore Carrier (VLOC) flying the Marshall Islands flag berthed at Zhanjiang Port in Guangdong on Wednesday, carrying iron ore under maritime escort.    The vessel, Saham, measures 360 meters long and 65 meters wide, with a deck area equal to 55 basketball courts. Zhanjiang maritime authorities prepared safeguard plans including smart remote control, UAV patrols and escort vessels.        Temporary one-way traffic control was imposed, and navigation hazards were cleared to ensure safe entry.    Officials said the docking supports the stable development of Zhanjiang’s steel industry chain.    (By Helen Mo, intern Xu Wenda)                    。
